My cat (she’s 11months old in the video) is probably around 5.5lbs or so, and she’s still able to run on the wheel easily. Plus, the wheel is big enough that she can sprint without it causing her any back pain from curving her spine.The wheel is semi-quiet. It’s in my living room, and I can faintly hear it from my bedroom if my cat uses it, but it has never woken me up.Set-up was extremely easy, it took me maybe 10-15 minutes, and a screwdriver is included to aid in setting it up. I love that the wheel can fully come apart, too, for ease of transportation. I also love that this wheel has a carpet track rather than foam. My cat enjoys scratching it and I think he helps her feel more secure while running.Lastly, this wheel is very stable. I have not seen it wobble at all. I also love that the wheel provides some resistance rather than spinning super easily, as it means my cat is able to slow down with more control.That being said, I do have a smaller cat, and I would recommend someone get a larger wheel if their cat is on the large size. It’s important that your cat’s spine is not bending too much when they use the wheel, otherwise it can cause back issues.Overall, I would recommend this wheel!

Let them get used it it, they may just scratch it for a few days. Put them on it, and let them explore on their own. If you force them they may become scared of it. Get their toy and put it in front of them while they're on it. Eventually they will begin to walk on it on their own, and once they get to that point they'll begin running little by little. Don't get frustrated if they don't take to it right away, give it time and they will love it! After regular use you'll see their energy levels rise and their body's advance in health will be noticeably apparent. Fantastic invention that's very helpful to all indoor cats 👍
