Zero Support, does not work
I went through all the steps to install the driver, fairly straight forward. Unfortunately it did not work. There is "driver genius" website to get support from. I went to where their documentation said. Tried everything, again not working. I gathered all my notes and screens, sent them over to the support team. Its been 10 days, zero acknowledgement of my ticket, zero reply, do not buy unless you are very knowledgeable about troubleshooting when things go wrong.

This seems to be yet another rip-off non-authentic Prolific based USB serial port adapter. It's nothing special...
