Should’ve bought one of these years ago. When using this for phone calls, callers on the other end say they hear me perfectly, very clearly, and I use it in a big Isuzu delivery truck with a very loud diesel engine and lots of wind noise. So the noise cancellation feature for the microphone seems to work very well. As for the sound on my end, it’s plenty loud, and I like that it only covers one ear.My only complaint, and it’s minor, is that it’s a little tight on my head, but I have a physically large head anyway, so all headphone type things are always tight for me. I’ve tried to stretch/ straighten the headband slightly, but not too much, because I don’t know if it’s just plastic or if there’s a metal spring inside. (Unfortunately, I’ve broken some nice headphones that way before, thinking they had metal inside, just to learn the hard way that they were just plastic). Given the price of these, I just need to be very cautious about trying to modify their fit to my fat head.But these are a phenomenal value, and even if they only last a few months (I’ve been using them for a couple weeks now), I’d buy them again - they work that well.One more thing, I can’t really comment on battery life. I make a delivery with them and bring them back in and put them on the charger every time. They’ve never died on me, but I only use them for maybe 3 hrs at a time and then they get charged again.For this price, they’re a no-brainer.

I work 100% from home now and this headset has been a blessing. My company issued me one of those hard-wired headsets, but I couldn't get away from the computer during a "Teams" meeting. Now, I can walk to the kitchen and still be present on the meeting. And with the remote "mute" button I can go to the restroom without being heard, too.

my husband has used these daily since he got them once fully charged, they stay charged for a good while he usually gets about two days if not more out of them before needing to plug them up again again they are very noise canceling, which is convenient because his job is typically pretty loud so when I’m on the phone with him I can’t hear any of the background noise overall a good purchase

UPDATE: Although the product did not work with Google Voice, it did work with my cell phone and teams. After writing this review with two stars, the company rep reached out to me and offered a full refund with no return required. I applaud this customer service and I am happy to change my review. I would recommend this product if you are not using it for Google Voice.This does not work well with my Google Voice. I bought this for professional use. Most of my clients can not hear me and I have to disconnect from the headset, making it hard for me to hear.I would have returned it but I threw away the box and, I believe, it said I have to have the box.I do give it two starts because it does work fine with my cell phone. That is just not what I bought it for.

Ordered this headset for my Son who is a new over the road truck driver. Whenever he would call on his phone checking in with me, the background noise would be so loud sometimes I could barely hear him. Also we would lose signal as well sometimes. I bought this headset as a Christmas gift for him and what a game changer! Since he's been using these to call I can hear him loud and clear with no background noise at all. We haven't lost signal at all with him using these as well. I would recommend this headset to any and all truck drivers if you want to have clear, noiseless conversations while driving your rig! Nice for the price

Years of using various trucker headsets, this one is definitely a deal. Pros - actually lives up to the claimed mic cancelation quality. Ear piece sound is good. Battery life lives up to claimed numbers. Cons - headset feels cheap. Range is closer to 30ft. Earpiece is for tiny ears.
