Non-comedogenic fast absorbing hydrating balm
Very effective hydrating balm.i can use it for dry patches on the face ' cuticles and heels and it works great. I tried many hydrating lotions and balms but this stuff is incredible. It absorbs fast and works great. The best thing is it's non-comedogenic.

I read the reviews before buying it and they all say that it is difficult to get the product to come out, but it is like that, I love how it leaves my skin so much, if you have dry or combination skin this is for you, it does not have the consistency of a cream I think that is what I like the most to prevent my face from drying out, my face feels more hydrated, for me it is a 10/10 yes it is worth it when you use it constantly, in fact the makeup looks much better when I apply this product, I don't know if it should be done but the truth is that I have been using it for months and it has worked wonders for me.

Never stop making this product!
I absolutely love this stuff. If you're on Tretinoin and your skin is dry and raw yet you can't stand putting Vaseline or aquaphor on your face because it's so heavily greasy YOU NEED THIS! You don't need much product so go easy and apply a tiny bit at a time on the usual areas that get raw on your face before applying Tretinoin or you can slug your whole face on nights you don't use Tretinoin or during the day if you want. It dries down after a few minutes unlike Vaseline and doesn't feel sticky or greasy. Its nice as a lip balm or a hand salve too. It really is the perfect slugging balm or barrier balm for acne prone skin or oily skin types.

Gritty
I have bought this before and it does help with dry face patches. This last tube I opened felt gritty on my face, maybe it wasn’t stored properly?

Worth it if you have dry skin.
This rich moisturizer has the consistency of Vaseline, but it’s lighter and doesn’t make you overly shiny. I was having a dry skin week and ordered the moisturizer. Oh it was so perfect. It provided what I wanted and what my skin needed. I felt so much better, no longer having a tight, dry, flaky skin.

Misleading.
Honestly, I used to buy products straight from curology and the barrier balm was my holy grail. Curologys website was making it difficult for me to place an order so I went ahead and got it off amazon. I noticed between the two bottles that the Amazon bottle was larger than the original which felt suspicious. I also noticed it felt less like lotion and more like petroleum jelly. It made my skin super shiny like I had oil on me. Although it worked out somewhat, my skin felt pretty dry even with the product. This is definitely misleading. I would not buy since it’s the exact same price on curology but atleast you’ll get the actual product.

Holy grail
I was a bag balm girlie - but it was just sitting on top and not soaking in when things were really dry - and I couldn’t really use it around my eyes. This? Chef kiss. Whether you use it alone or (my preference) after prepping with serum - it will soak into your skin instead of *just* sitting on top while still making an occlusive barrier. It’s not greasy, not gloopy. It doesn’t clog pores. It makes a perfect seal for your products to really soak in and let your skin plump up. I’ve also used it to cover dry spots before applying makeup without greasiness or slip.(I didn’t think to take before and afters - but I’ve noticed because I’ve been applying it to my lips after letting my hyaluronic acid and peptide serum sink in - my lips have just been more plump m/larger all the time - comparable to using a lip plumper. It’s not drastic - but it’s significant.)
