Baking experience
I've been baking bread for my family for a few years. I feel like I've stepped up to sourdough. The proofing basket is natural rattan, it includes a liner liner so you can either have a smooth or textured surface. The dough scraper helps with the sticky dough. Overall the kit has enhanced my bread baking.

False Advertising / Edited Review
False Misleading Claim of 12" Banneton Baskets. Baskets are only 9". i already have 9" baskets and only ordered these because they claimed to be 12". Very Disappointing. they are Very Well Made, Quality baskets,the Seller was Gracious enough to compensate me for the Inconvenience, within hours of sending them a Message, indicated they will Change the Size to 9". Very Prompt Professional Customer Service IMO. Rare these Days. i would Recommend this product.
