Only lasted 5 weeks
Worked great for a 1 month and 1 week, now the remote is useless, tried changing the battery to no avail, warranty was only 30 days

Exactly What was Needed
Key fob arrived on time and in perfect condition. Went to the dealership (with all the supporting documents. Make sure you call first to see what all is needed) and they lazer cut the key blade for $32 total. Programming is very, very simple. Don't pay for that. It's a 30 second process and lots of videos online showing how to do it. Works great!
