Flimsy but good for what I needed.

This magazine rack does well with a few things books but it's not as sturdy as I thought. I like the tall sleek minimalist design. It doesn't take up much room. Assembly was pretty self explanatory which was good because the directions weren't very clear. I had ordered this to use for heavier college portfolios but it couldn't bare the weight. But I'm using it for my son's coloring books in his play room but I I had to put heavier toys on the bottom part because I worry if he pulls on it it could topple. Overall, if you are looking for a basic rack to hold a few magazines it works well but anything heavy than that or multiple magazines it may not work. 7/10

This magazine rack is a great tool for displaying multiple scenes at a zhen fair especially if you have limited standing space, I find that I can display more with this than just with a standard booth tabletop space (I usually do a half booth, so that's about 3x2ft). I also love that the stand is magnetic so I can use little magnets to display stickers and small items.However, assembling and disassembling it is a bit of a process, so if you have a vehicle large enough to transport it without disassembly then this would be a great option for a craft or zine fair stand.

I debated 4 or 5 stars. I am pleased with it, but it fell just short of a top review.It's a good product. It included the tools needed, a pictorial instruction sheet (my photo 2), a few extra screws and nuts. The strength of the mesh materials and "rails" across the front of the racks was less than optimal, but not bad. There is some minor bending in the unit - mainly in those rails.What I liked - Once assembled, it works and offers good flexibility. It is a stable setup on wheels (plastic) with two locking wheels and two non-locking. Assembly in terms of making all the parts marry together and hold it together was decent.What I disliked - Really, nothing, but the assembly was annoying due to lack of clarity of the instructions. Do the screws go in so that the screw heads are on the outside or inside? I tried both ways and decided to put the heads on the outside, but I have concerns that the threads are entering the storage area and may damage some materials on display. All the panels bear the exact same name on the instruction guide, but the one flat on the bottom is a completely different design. The one on the bottom does not overlap the rails, but sits inside - not clearly discernible from the instructions. The direction of the shelves is hard to tell from the instruction - is the retention rail on the inside or outside?Now, after assembly (about 20 minutes), there is nothing at all to complain about. The unit stands upright. The shelves have adjustable pitch angles. There is an advertising bar up top. The only thing I wished was that it could be broken into two sections for transportation to trade shows and the like, but the uprights come in two segments that are secured together by the same screws holding a shelf, so while not prohibitive to disassembly, it's not easy, either.Like I said, I was on the four/five star border and went with the four. Once assembled, it looks and works fine (even video games fit inside it well). It is a nice unit for an installation where it won't be moving by vehicle - although it does roll around and office easily. It is attractive and flexible. Even included some nice magnets. It meets my needs in every way but easy transportability. A good find.
