I do pork shoulders for our parties, as it's easy and feeds a lot of people.Without fail many people ask what the seasonings I use are, and I've not found anything better.I prepped the shoulder by cutting off all the excess fat I can, massaging in some olive oil, and then put a light coat of kosher salt on before a generous amount of this spice.Crowd pleaser!

Very tasty, excellent flavor to the meat

This is my go to rub for smoking. I use it all the time. Probably my 4th or 5th big bag I’ve bought. I like that it doesn’t have a lot of sugar like some other rubs. It’s more salty than sweet. Good stuff.

Size is medium and unit is not heavy. It’s important to cover this unit when not in use.All meats are delicious when cooked on the Pit Barrel.
