I haven't quite found what I like to use this in quite yet. It does have it's own unique taste that you can pick out even from coffee. It's not a bad taste but just a bit off from other sweeteners. It is nice in some teas I have tried just a very small amount to use each time which is nice.

I was disappointed because the syrup was not as thick as syrup should be. It also left a pretty shocking aftertaste when I sampled about half a teaspoon of it. I'll allow that I may have used it wrong. Maybe I should not taste it straight, but mixed in a drink perhaps. I can't decide if I should pass it on to the Food Shelf, or dump it down the drain.

The taste and texture of this syrup are definitely unique. It starts off with a cotton candy-like sweetness but is quickly followed by a bitter aftertaste. The syrup itself is very runny, with low viscosity, yet still fairly sweet. Despite being thin, it functions like syrup and gets sticky if dripped.In terms of value, it’s on the expensive side, and the flavor isn’t great.Overall, the quality is decent, the syrup is thin but still sweet. However, the bitter aftertaste is what really stands out to me.
