This phone is brilliant, he loves it. Very easy to use for him. A no nonsense phone that work exceptionally well. Didn’t take him long to find himself around it. Battery life is just great, the sound quality is great too. I do recommend this phone to anyone that struggles with the smaller phones. Size is ideal for him. Thank You.

Basic phone, exactly what I needed, easy to use

had 2 previous like this but 2G - they were great, easy to use, loud ring, husband also had one - we had to go to 4g so immediately ordered 2 more for us - not happy at all, awkward to use, ring volume is crap, can barely hear it when quiet and on my own, so got no chance when things going on!!!!!, battery doesn't last as long as my other one either

Sound quality poor and operation more complex than expected from the description.

Bought for my elderly Dad. Easy to set up and so far so good he is able to use it. He has arthritis and is able to text etc

Good enough phone, buttons large enough for my husband's large fingers, although no instructions to speak of, with trial and error managed to set it up with contacts and ring tones. Only required for calls and texts so fine for this.As other reviewers have mentioned, fitting the sim card not easy but we were buying a new sim card in store so the staff there fitted it for us, they could not get it into the first sim space but did succeed in the second and phone now working perfectly so far. At least it's 4G so hopefully will last until they decide to cut this off as well.

Looks great easy to set up... Sound very good and easy to use.. Bought for my mum and she is 84 and she has manage to use no problem.. Battery lasts well.... Good value for money... Nice size
