does it really help for neck pain?

Both and my husband were not experiencing neck pain but more stiffness when we woke up in the morning. This pillow made a noticeable difference in the amount of stiffness in our necks. We tried four pillows prior to purchasing this pillow and it is noticeably the best pillow for our needs.
