Amazing product
I love this product and so does my 82 year old mum who had me send for some for her after I gave her a weeks worth to try , I originally bought these to help with my libido but also thought they might help me with my driving test anxiety , they really helped me with the stress of all that and gave me clarity of mind , I'm very happy to say I finally passed with only a couple of minors (i started taking these for a week prior to the test ) They give you a lot more energy so much so that my mum's stopped taking them for a bit because she's aching from being so active , her body's not used to doing so much at her age , she's looked really well while she's been taking them the only trouble is she doesn't know when to stop hence the aching . I've not really noticed any change in my libido yet but I have only been taking them for a few weeks , ashwagandha is mentioned in the karma sutra so I'm expecting something to happen at some point hopefully but even if it doesn't they're well worth taking for the feel good factor and the energy you have , I would definitely buy these again and have been recommending them to friends and family

Probably the best version of this amazing healing supplement
I received my Ashwagandha, and as I've stated before, this supplement is most definitely a must have for anxiety sufferers. In comparison to addictive anti anxiety medications that you will most certainly get a taste for, even a little bit, because they are effective at stemming anxiety, Ashwaganda is far superior in the long run, with sometimes equal effectiveness, maybe a little less so pronounced effects but it's great knowing that this supplement can be taken a daily supplement using the traditional Ayurvedic medicine therapies that have been very effective in their originating countries, and used for decades without having to worry about the same kinds of negative side effects. Ashwaghanda has been proven quite safe even at high doses, so, you just have to ask yourself which would you rather put in your body for the long run. I have battled anxiety disorders for half my life now. The medications work but they all have side effects, even if you aren't getting them now, they are still poisons, and I've only found that you need to stay on them in order to get the benefit, at least in my case anyway. Now I'm trying to cut back on the meds and introducing all natural treatments and you should too. Ashwaganda is great, this product in particular is really one of the best versions, with the full spectrum of the plant going into this version at 10% Withanolides. I got the 5% before but quickly found I needed about 10 to combat my chronic stress symptoms. Do your research on this supplement and use it wisely. I haven't received any negative side effects apart from some digestion/ stomach/toilet problems. These have subsided over the few days of sticking on it, and as my body has got used to it. This version is the best for your money and I will most certainly return!

Menopausal or Fibromyalgia then these are the answer 😉
This stuff is a miracle! If you have been diagnosed with Fibromyalgia or you are Menopausal, premenopausal which can happen at any age while your monthlys are regular, I'm surprised how many ladies dont know that! Then you need this! I figured out that my 15years of diagnosed fibromyalgia and ME was being caused by too much cortisone flooding my body, I could be wrong, I dont know but these help amazingly. I just take 1 at bedtime they are great for sleep. I am on my 2nd packet now so my 4th month of these and they help nerve pain, muscle aches, and the flu like symptoms that you get with a fibromyalgia flare. Try them and see for yourself. I did give them to my 27year old son who has cerebral palsy, just 1 at night but he was saying they made him too sleepy the next day and they did affect his stutter, it made it worse but he only took them for about 5 days and stopped because of this. I recommend these to anybody with fibromyalgia and menopausal anxiety, give them a couple of months or 1 packet and see if you get the same great results as myself.

Great supplement for anxiety, sleep, mood and energy if used correctly
You have to make sure you take this properly for it to work effectively.I have been taking this for months now and I didn't really notice a massive difference, or so I thought. I realised that when I stopped taking the capsules for a few days my anxiety started getting really bad. However at the same time I was not noticing an improvement in my anxiety and energy as such.I decided to increase the dose (from 2 caps per day to 4 per day) and take it with food instead of taking on an empty stomach and suddenly within 3 days I was getting the full effects. The improvement in my anxiety, sleep, mood and energy has been very noticeable. I think 80% of this can be contributed to the product itself and 20% to placebo, however it definitely works.Here's what ive learned after taking these for over half a year now and some tips for anyone out there:---Make sure you take these with food, other they don't seem to absorb properly into your body and you won't get the full benefits-- take them spread throughout the day, don't take all in one go otherwise your going to have uneven energy and calmness throughout the day. I take 2 in the morning and 2 at night. This ensures I am calm throughout the day and have a really great sleep-- make sure you take these on time. I normally take these around between 7-9am in the morning and then 7/8pm in the night. I notice if I take my morning dose in the afternoon, or take my night dose too early it messes up my bodies balance. So just find times that suit you and try to stick to the same time everyday. Your cortisol levels in your body are in a cycle so taking these at different times everyday is going to mess it up-- If the capsules don't work for you try going onto maximum dosage (4 per day, spread throughout the day)

Use with Caution! Be aware of your intentions and goals when using this product
This is my first review ever on Amazon and I decided to write it because I truly believed this product helped me dealing with a no-good period of my life. I wanted to make sure I've taken it throughout a few months before really assessing or writing about it's benefits, this review is from 3 months usage.I first bought this product to help with stress, lack of motivation and overall mood. Also read at the time that it was supposed to give you a edge at the gym (more muscle mass, less fat, huge claims I know..)I took it for two months straight, did a small break, and took again for a month before I discontinued its usage with nearly 30 capsules left. Here's what I found out during this period: Stress: I really believe that Ashwagandha played a role here dealing with the stress. I was going through a not so good moment in life and this gave me that edge of feeling calmer and overall in a good mood. And I started being able to handle things better, stressful events appeared not so stressful anymore. Energy: Regarding Energy I can't really say it gave me that boost of energy. I consider myself an active person, I workout early, sleep and eat well pretty much daily. However, placebo effects aside, one thing I noticed was my procastination being reduced. That probably had to do with the fact of being calmer and overall in a good mood, hence the possibility to accomplish more and have that drive to keep things in perspective and running as they should. Keep in mind that I'm a highly aware person. Muscle Mass/Reduced Fat: I can't really say that Ashwagandha was solemny responsible for this,that would be an unrealistic huge claim. But since I was able to sleep better, being more focus and aware and not procastinate much I was certainly accomplishing more in the workouts and felt less fatigued physically and psychologically. Libido: Now here's the catch. After two months of usage I took a break of a week and started noticing some things not happening quite often "down there", so I started digging and found some studies and/or side effects of Ashwagandha issue related. During the break period I became more irritated ,stressed (gained some acne) and it's when I realised the stressful things I actually was dealing with. The effects would subside of course as I would readapt, however the potency down there took a while to recover.I took again for nearly a month before realising that Ashwagandha was like channeling everything to my head and keeping other things at bay ( morning wood, libido, sex drive) , since I was calmer and in a good mood some things wouldn't bother me much and would have great control over some urges. Keep in mind that somehow this adaptogens will point your body towards balace, so, huge drives/urges will appear less often. I decided to discontinue its usage with nearly 30 capsules left. The side effects were recoverable after a while, and once you get past the feeling of something missing when you suddendly stop its all good. Conclusion : I would recommend Ashwagandha to anyone who is dealing with a lot of stress, lack of motivation and a lot of excuses and procastination and needs that little edge/drive to get things done and keeping everything in perspective. But keep in mind that while you're highly aware and balanced, some urges and desires might be slipping or fading away...Final thoughts:I was on a regimen of 1 capsule a day - morning.I will probably still take it on and off just to finish the capsules and lead with more stressful periods. And I might order in the future the 11% Whitanolides from this company to give it a go also,Take care,
