Excellent Safe – Great Build Quality & Outstanding Support!
I recently purchased the Acura 22 Life safe and I’m very happy with the product. The build quality feels robust and reliable. The fingerprint sensor works smoothly and responds well, the keypad lock is responsive, and the physical keys work perfectly too. The powder-coated finish gives it a premium look and makes the box feel very well-made.What truly stood out to me was the customer service. The team from Ozone Health contacted me on WhatsApp immediately after the purchase and guided me through the setup. I had a couple of queries at different times, and each time they responded within minutes. A special mention to Mr. Arjun from the Ozone team—he was extremely helpful and professional, and made the whole experience smooth.Highly recommended if you’re looking for a solid, smart safe with excellent after-sales support.

Does safeguard your belongings
been using it quite some months and it's pretty does the job what it specifies. It's loaded with specified features also proved with assembly tools and kit with a manual .

Just started using the product and it has good security features.The customer support was great throughout the installation process.

Product should be delivere as per specification given.
Product look Nice. But it is not as per specification, i.e weight is 18 kg only. Product specification given was 24.7 kg stainless steel, delivered product is alloy steel. Arranged local carpenter only for mounting the locker. He is not in a position explain the locker function i.e password settings, biometric registration , wifi function etc. After fixing the he collected installation charges of Rs.999/-, didn't give any job sheet for the installation work.

Ozone safe meets the security need.
This is the best product after researching safes from various brands. It has biometric fingerprinting and wifi which enhances security. Instructions pamphlet is not up to the mark however ozone customer care helped with the demo video and installation. Brand new product arrived in the carton box with no damages.
