and so far, I've seen nothing different. The capsules are easy to swallow and they have no nasty taste, while taking or afterward. I just haven't noticed any sharper mental processes and, while I didn't order these for help sleeping, they haven't helped, anyway. Everyone is different in how they process supplements, vitamins, and prescription drugs. What hasn't worked for me, may very well be wonderful for you.

This isn't the first Rilla supplement I've owned and I've grown to find that this brand is synonymous with quality! This incredible supplement was a must-try for me, given that my attention, focus, and memory has dropped since I'm now in my 60s. Featuring brain-healthy ginkgo, energy-boosting vitamin Bs and magnesium, mushrooms for full body health, and ashwaghanda for mood, this supplement is a full-body powerhouse!Each dose of 2 capsules is easy to take with a glass of water, the capsules slick and easy to swallow. So far, I've not had any jitters, nausea, or stomach upset, even when I take these on an empty stomach. The energy boost is subtle unlike caffeine but is very notable, the B vitamins, ashwaghanda, and magnesium boosting my mood while boosting my energy at the same time. I usually feel the zap about an hour or so after taking my two capsules, perfect for the morning or for an added boost when I take them before exercise. The feeling I get is one of being uplifted and energized, not on edge or twitchy like with an energy drink or other caffeine-based energy supplement. There has been no crash for me so far, the effects of these lasting me about 4-6 hours in terms of energy and focus; all day with the mood boosting ingredients.In terms of memory aid, I'd say that the ginkgo is working as well. I've been taking gingko for over 20 years and do feel that my memory and focus is better than those of other men and women my age (60s). I haven't noticed a decline since my 40s; ginko is definitely a winner. Mushroom supplements have also been a fave of mine for over 20 years, but back then, getting all the shrooms I like entailed over 100 spent per month and a cabinet fiilled with bottles. Fortunately, this champ by Rilla combines all my top favorites in 2 easy capsules per day. It's a game changer when it comes to supplementation. A+!

Well packaged, no discernable after taste and seem to be working well for me.It really hasn't been long enough to determine any obvious health benefits but so far, so good.

Been using a while now and haven’t noticed any difference

Minus 2 stars for that.The capsules themselves are easy to swallow. They have no noticeable taste, smell or aftertaste. This comes from a small business brand, which I appreciate. This comes in tamper evident packaging with an outer and inner seal.With the correction of the misleading information in the item description, this is a 5 star product.

I started taking this supplement to support my mental focus and clarity during a stressful time in my life. So far, they seem to be helping with relaxation, which in turn helps me to focus. I don't think they've done much to help with my sleep.A serving size is 2 capsules, so the bottle contains a 30-day supply. The capsules are a medium size, have light brown contents, and are easy to swallow. There's no detectable smell or taste.The ingredients are clearly listed. It lists a total of 8 types of mushrooms for a total of 300mg, but doesn't list how much of each mushroom is included.

After taking these pills for over a week I believe they are giving me a boost of energy with my morning caffeine fix. My wife has also been taking these during the day and she tells me that they must be helping maintain her energy as she has not been getting her normal mid day energy crash at work. These pills are made in the USA and have a GMP label on the package. So far we are happy with this blend of mushrooms and herbs. Easy to swallow small capsules as well.
