I’m really impressed with the HP DeskJet 2810e. It’s exactly what I needed for home use – compact, lightweight, and stylish in white, so it doesn’t look out of place on a desk or shelf. The setup was very straightforward thanks to the HP Smart app, and the wireless connection was up and running in minutes.The print quality is sharp for both documents and photos, with colours coming out clear and vibrant. Scanning and copying are equally easy, and I love that it’s all controlled from my phone or laptop without having to mess with cables. The 3 months of Instant Ink included is a real bonus – it takes away the stress of running out of cartridges and keeps costs low.The printer is quiet in operation, and it wakes from standby quickly, so no long waits. Wi-Fi reliability has been excellent so far, with no frustrating dropouts. A nice printer which is user friendly and easy to use. Honestly isn’t the fastest but gets the job done. Very quiet too especially when you enable quiet mode as expected (quiet mode does slow down printing slightly). The Ink capacity depends on what ink you buy, but the second you enable hp plus you are locked to hp cartridges unfortunately for the lifetime of the printer. The design is minimalist and to the point. Can connect from anywhere as long as you have an internet connection.It also has a scanner so you can easily digitise or copy a physical document both from the app and from the printer itself.Would recommend for casual-home use.

I bought this printer for work purposes. I use it 3-4 times per week and print text only, very rarely do I print images in colour. The ink quality is not really something which is important for me. With that in mind, this printer has met all my expectations. It always prints first time and as of yet I have had no issues with connecting to my MacBook (as I did with a previous printer). It never misses a beat. I would recommend buying XL refilled ink cartridges as they last for a very long time.If you are looking for something simple, reliable and relatively cheap, this printer will serve you well.

Economically priced printer, easy to set up and good quality prints and speedy delivery, excellent.

This price proved superior currently on offer. It works but, using lots of ink for some papers doesnt matter if color or only in black. Worst id the Wifi setting there is no plug-in port. There is an update for this series available in this HP Smart, but it is not working and lets you wait forever, like days waiting and the download is still not finished. Would I recommend it to another person who has had issues before with Wi-Fi stuff? or they just using it 2 to 3 times in the year? No

I was very dubious ordering this printer as there a quite a few negative reviews done recently. However, I needed a new printer, but I don’t use them very often and only for basic stuff, so I took the plunge given this was only £39. And I must say I’m very pleased with it.It was fairly quick and easy to set up. I downloaded the HP app and got the printer set up on my WiFi and printing in next to no time. I’m able to print from the app on my phone, but also by using the Share > Print option on the iPhone, which is how I prefer to print. I’ve also got the printer set up easily to work from my laptop.The print quality is perfectly fine, and much better than the Epson XP-342 I’ve been using for the past 10 years. I mostly print forms and address labels, and the odd other documents, and for this purpose it is more than adequate.It’s worth mentioning about scanning. The printer has the functionality to scan documents, but you cannot scan from the app on the iPhone without signing up for a HP account, which I most certainly did not want to do. I’ve never done scanning from my Phone though, I’ve always done it from my laptop, and you CAN scan from the laptop without having to sign up to a HP account. Just make sure you DON’T download their ‘Smart’ driver software from their website. There is an offline version which means you can scan offline without needing to sign in to an account, as it should be.Also, I highly recommend download the Scanner software ‘NAPS2’ and use that instead. It works fine with this printer and is so much better, easier to use and more versatile than HP’s scanning software.All in all I am very happy with this printer, especially for the price.

This is advertised that it will automatically order ink as it monitors the printer use. However you can just download the 'basic' app for your computer if you do not use the printer all of the time (think of the trees) This is so fast compared to the last one which used to 'check' everything before it worked correctly. The scanner is a breeze and it prints so fast. This printer is cheaper than a new pack of ink for my last one so relly impressed so far.
