A great way to add a flexible way to charge your Soundlink Revolve.
The charging cradle comes with the base and a 3' Micro-USB cable. A bit short for my needs, but most people tend to have one or more micro-USB cables, as I did. The cradle is a bit thirsty for electricity, as it requires a 5V-3A input, but provides a 5V-1A USB-A connection for charging an additional device. However, the cradle does clearly label the input and output ports as well as the input and output voltage and amperage, so you won't need a magnifying glass to figure it out or try to look it up in a manual.Most people will already have a sufficient charging block, but if not because of the input voltage, the charging block must be at least 5V at 3A. I had to search for one in my bag of chargers, but sure enough, I had one.Why a cradle? One of the benefits of having a cradle is you don't have to try and fit the micro-USB connecter into the port. If you're not careful, you can break that port, which is how I can to own my Soundlink Revolve. The previous owner assumed it was broken/unusable but in reality even with the damaged port it was capable of being charged as well as having the firmware updated. Using the cradle I don't have to worry about that. Just set it on the cradle and let it charge.The cradle base includes four rubber feet on the bottom allowing it to be sat securely on any flat surface. The speaker will sit in it relatively stable but bump what it's sitting on hard enough or bump the speaker itself and yes, it could fall over. It's not designed to ensure the speaker doesn't fall over, just charge. That isn't necessarily a knock against the cradle.So far, I'm pleased with the purchase and I don't have any complaints with the purchase. What I ordered is what I expected, and so far I have what I expected.

My last charger stopped working. This new charger fixed my problem and I didn’t need to buy a new speaker

I was gifted a Bose speaker and it didn't have the charger. This is so nice to just pop it into and not have to keep a USB A cord plugged in. I feel like it looks neater on the base. The size is perfect with the speaker and it charges perfectly. The finish matches the finish of the speaker and it looks like it came with it. I'm very pleased.

works well and USB cable can work with computer
This is nice little cradle charger to easily charge and pickup the speaker. What I found is that if it is connected to my computer, if I change the source on the speaker to USB, it can work as a speaker for my computer too. That's pretty cool.
