Really effective
Heavier mould required a second treatment, but lighter mould only needed one. Recommend wearing safety glasses and gloves while using, and possibly a mask, because it's very irritating. But it really works well. Good value for cost.

You're better off with bleach
Mold has to be scrubbed after applying this, which would be allright had it at least prevented the mold to return for a while. However the mold was back within two weeks. Regular bleach solved the issue since.
