The cycle is smooth to ride and the gears are little late to change and the overall performance is excellent and it also give good experience while riding

The Seller is nice. They called and asked for confirmation of order. The bicycle was neatly packed and semi assembled and everything was without damage. However, Hero itself has been cost cutting a lot. The fenders are useless, and I will have to buy new fenders which actually cover the wheels and prevent water and mud from splashing on me. The seat post is very finicky and does not want to be extended, no matter how tight the nut is turned, the seat will always fall down to the lowest position. For this price tag, wasexpecting a decent product from a brand such as Hero, but I guess now even they only run after profits.

I would like to that this is the best bicycle on entire amazon and also a budget freindly one. I am travelling about 7-8 kilometres in a day using the bicycle and the experience I have got while riding this bicycle is overwhelming. The durabality of the bicycle is also a top notch which should be present in a bycycle. I would like to rate it a solid 9.5/10 .
