This is a wonderful machine! It is a real game changer for moving logs after bucking downed trees. I've been pulling pretty large logs out of a stream and over a steep bank, and it has done an amazing job. I have a winch on my Gator, but it isn't as strong or easy to use. Recently, I inadvertently pulled a metal ratchet into the winch bending one of the hooks, and SuperHandy sent me replacements for free. I highly recommend this winch and this company.

I have a very first-world problem: getting airplanes in and out of hangars. Hangars are built slightly above the surrounding ramp, to avoid flooding, That means airplanes have to go up a slope to get them into the hangar. Even very small airplanes weigh a lot more than their pilots, and they can be physically impossible to get in. Anchor the Superhandy to the back wall of the hangar, connect the pulling end of the rope to the tail hook on the airplane and bring the other end out in front of the plane, where the pilot has the towbar/steering tiller connected to the nosewheel, turn on the Superhandy and guide the airplane backwards by pulling gently on the free end of the rope. It actually requires at least three hands, but it doesn't require several friends on the offensive line of the local football team. The Superhandy is also cheaper, by a factor of ten or more, than any of the bespoke airplane movers. What's not to like?

I mainly got this to pull logs out of a pile, this winter and into a clear area to cut up as needed.It does do the job, but it's quite slow. It still far superior to a come along since the range is so much longer, but the slow pace can be frustrating.Although it only comes with a single smaller battery, I've not run into battery life issues because I only move a single log at a time with long breaks in between.

Great very powerful

Good winch for pulling lite to medium weight stuff around. Deer, small logs, things like that. Get a extra battery. Can get them on Amazon for a ok price. Not cheap though.
