Good Value
For the price, this plasma globe is a good value. It seems to be well made and sturdy. I ordered 2. They both arrived intact and packaged well. They both worked nicely on batteries or the USB power cable. You need to provide your own power supply (cell phone charger.) I though getting them for a cheaper price was going to provide lesser quality. These seem to be as good as the more expensive ones.

Drains batteries. Cord is short.
Drained 4 AAA batterries in 1 hour. That's too expensive! The cord is short and doesn't turn the plasma ball on when plugged in. Maybe I got a bad model? Returning it for being defective.
