New favorite lip liner
Oh my gosh. When I say this is my new go to I mean it. I ordered about 5 colors already and will probably be ordering more. The formula and quality are amazing which was so unexpected for such a low price. The formula is so buttery when applying and looks really seamless. I’ve used a lot of different lip liners trying to find my go to and this one wins for me. I’ve had a little smudging but just a normal amount. It’s not paint like where it just doesn’t move but it also isn’t super messy. Doesn’t have a smell. Lasts me all night with minimal touch ups needed. Super lightweight and wearable for everyday looks. Plus the colors are really gorgeous and complementary on the lips!

Chefs kiss
The e.l.f. Cream Lip Liner is a smooth, pigmented liner that applies effortlessly. The creamy formula makes it easy to blend or wear alone as a full lip color. It has decent longevity but may need a touch-up after eating or drinking. The shade range is versatile, complementing both neutral and bold lip looks. For the price, it’s a solid, budget friendly option that performs just as well as some high end liners.

Pinky Swear is too pink/orange, not at all a dupe for Pillow Talk. Smooth, though!
This is very nice lip liner and goes on smoothly, but it's a bit too pink to look natural, esp if you're looking for a Pillow Talk dupe. I don't usually wear beige-brown tones, but this needs a LITTLE more of that. SEE PIC; left side is Tillsbury Pillow Talk in medium, right is Elf Pinky Swear. Notice how much pinker and more orange the Elf cream liner is. On the lips, it ends up looking odd and not particularly natural, even though it's not technically too dark or light.I'd considered the Truth or Bare shade, too, but the swatches I found made it look even more orangey than Pinky Swear! Maybe baddest beige is the way to go?? It looks too dark to me in the swatches, but I'll update if I buy it and it does end up working out.(Note, I have light complexion but enough ruddiness and sun exposure to not be SUPER fair. Naturally pinkish lips, but less so as I age.)If you do stick with Pinky Swear, it does pair really well with sephora lip stain in forever rose. The whole effect together is a bit too light for me (ie, slightly lighter than my natural lip tone unless I'm cold or not wearing basic lip balm), but it'd probably be great on most fairer people. On its own, though, without a filler color, the pinky lip liner just stands out too much (unlike pillow talk) and looks fake. :/

Can’t beat it for the price!
Love the color! Goes on so creamy and stays for a good while. Easy to touch with up on the run.

Perfect Lip Liner for Sculpting and Shaping!
The e.l.f. Cream Glide Lip Liner in Pinky Swear is amazing! It’s become my go-to lip liner for shaping and sculpting my lips, and it pairs beautifully with so many lip products.Pros:✅ Highly-Pigmented: The color is rich and vibrant, and it really helps define the shape of my lips without being too harsh.✅ Smooth Application: It glides on so easily without tugging or skipping, making it super simple to line my lips with precision.✅ Semi-Matte Finish: I love that it has a semi-matte finish—it’s not too dry or too glossy, which gives it a perfect balance and looks great on its own or under a lip stain.✅ Vegan & Cruelty-Free: As someone who prefers ethical beauty products, I appreciate that this lip liner is vegan and cruelty-free.✅ Long-Wearing: It stays in place for hours, even through eating and drinking, which is a huge plus for me.Final Verdict:The e.l.f. Cream Glide Lip Liner is one of the best I’ve tried for sculpting and defining my lips. It’s affordable, comfortable, and highly-pigmented, plus it works flawlessly with the e.l.f. Glossy Lip Stain in Pinkies Up. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a long-lasting, easy-to-use lip liner that helps achieve a perfectly defined lip look.Love it! 💋

Gorgeous color!
I sadly have barely there lips. This lip liner not only allows me to show I actually have lips, but the color is gorgeous! Great quality, which doesn’t surprise me, as ELF is always amazing and affordable. I purchased the Dark Cocoa color.

Decent lip liner
I've been using the ELF Cream Glide Lip Liner Pencil, and it's been working okay for me. Its easy to apply, and the tip is fairly precise. It helps define my lips nicely. Nothing groundbreaking, but it's a solid option if you're in the market for a lip liner. The price is reasonable too.
