I believe this product works well, the plastic heat guard is doing its job and you can't hardly miss and touch the heat core.A good product, however the overall design... I'll probably give it just 2 star for the look...I'll recommend this product at this moment.

This curler is a game changer. I love having curled hair but the time it takes with a curling iron I get frustrated so I don’t do it very often. This curler is easy, fast, and fun. My 10 year old can do her own hair now and I don’t have to worry about her burning herself.

This set gets too hot. It leaves a crimp immediately. There are only 2 heat choices and I can't tell the difference between the two. If your hair requires over 400° to hold a curls and is not very fine, I would recommend it, otherwise, it's a hard no.

As much as possible, as a mom, I like to do things that is minimal to do. I was surprised and proud of myself. I was able to curl my hair for the first time ever in my life by myself without any help from others. This was a great purchase and the price was reasonable.
