Phone fit in the case perfectly with the screen protector. It’s been dropped repeatedly. No issues. It’s been used for about a year now. No fading. All buttons work. Keeps the phone free of any damage. MagSafe is strong, still works great, and holds securely on the car mount. Price was just right compared to the more expensive brands.

Great quality! Clear case shows phone underneath, strong case - I’ve dropped my phone many times onto a hard surface and never had any issues with the case popping off of breaking. The buttons still click easily and smoothly, my husband prefers the quality of this one to the Apple one we got in the store.

Multiple things led me to return my order. First of all, I've been using Otter box for many years before getting a new phone so naturally I got the cover from the brand I like. The cover comes and the Mag safe magnet kept falling off and whenever i take the case off the magnet is detached from the cover and on my phone. I reach out to Otter to send me another case and at first, they wanted to charge me 9.99 to ship me a replacement for a product they sent to me faulty. After some talking, they agreed to send it to me through the mail. Nothing ever came and reaching out to them got nothing in return. Their cases unfortunately don't match the standards they had as a company years ago and the customer service is bad. Their contact system is weird, its designed for quick conversations but their team takes a while to respond. You send a message and get a response in around an hour or so, and if you don't respond to them in the first few minutes the close the chat making you need to restart it and be glued to your device waiting for their response.
