For reference I am 5'5 and 145-150lbs.

So cute and comfy! I’m about 5’5”, 160 lbs and the medium worked fine for me. The sports bra provides medium coverage so it’s fine for light workouts and strength training. I’ll be buying more in different colors soon!

Did not like the pants at all. The top was good but zero support in the pants
