I have several of these chafing dishes and have added to my collection purchasing a couple more every year. I am blessed to have a large family but most of our adult children have spouses, in-laws and children that arrive at different times to our family gatherings. These chafing dishes keep everything hot (or cold if you freeze water in the bottom pan) so I don't have to worry about the quality of the food while everyone is rushing in and out during our holiday parties. I also use them frequently for dinners with friends. Very impressive when they are set out and displayed.

Lovely chafing dish works well, need purchase fuel canisters for heating or ice for cooling separately (obviously) Looks impressive enough that people compliment it! Works well for the task and seems durable enough for the task. Very nice!Used for family dinner/gathering and worked out really well with ice to keep dishes cold!

I am the king of this castle and everyone comes to our place, because it’s the best! The Queen suggest this and it was great! We prepared dishes in the pans and went from oven to chafing dish. Few pointers for regular households: our cleaning lady is a gem- she literally had these back to looking new. Do not put in dish machine- our Bosch would have been harsh- so she gently cleaned with Dawn and hot hit water by hand. Gentle small areas like the black from the fire cans were cleaned with Bar Keepers Friend. Again she cleaned gently and dried right away. Then she polished the food trays with Stainless Cleaner and Polish. We stored them in large moving totes that zip on Amazon and stored on the large shelf in garage fully assembled for next time. Oh yeah, some assembly is required but even a small King would know how to put these gems together. We would buy again this brand if we needed more!

This is the most amazing product! I don't know why I did not purchase it earlier. I have used those cheap wire dishes to keep our food hot for our large family gatherings for years. This dish is amazing and it is so professional looking.

Recently, Amazon has been mishandling my orders, sending a faulty deep fryer, a used tablecloth, and now a rusted item, posing unsanitary risks for my clients.

Bought these for my wedding. It only had two spots on the bottom to put the gel to warm up the food, I would HIGHLY recommend using four to five on the bottom because two was not keeping the food warm at all. Durable product but needs more gel holders to actually keep your food warm, wish they would have stated that in the description.
