Q: I can't get two externals monitors to work (mac). i have the monitors plugged in via hdmi, on 1, and 2. am i doing something wrong? (extend)

Not sure if it is your issue, but I had a similar issue. If you connected your laptop with a single USB-C connector, you need to connect to HOST2 and connect the monitors to HDMI2 & HDMI3. HDMI1 is driven by Host1. If you have a monitor plugged into HDMI1, it might not work.

Q: I'm trying to connect it with my hp probook x360 435 g7, but i cannot get pd from host 1, only host 2. no video output on hdmi. is it compatible?

In my experience for PCs the computer has to be plugged into host 2 via usb-c and then it only supports two monitors from hdmi 2 and 3. Computer must be rebooted

Q: Does the dual usb c cord work on the dell xps 15? i know 2 usb c cables will work but does the the included cable work?

I was no pleased with product. I send it back. It doesn't work like the instructions state.
