Multiple Screens. High Quality. Easy Setup. Highly Recommend.
The ultimate docking station - period! I got this because I needed multiple screen capability and a way to get rid of the rats nest of wires and USB hubs I had on my desk. Quick note, make sure your laptop supports Thunderbolt 3 or USB-C 3.1 Gen 2. My laptop was not in the list of laptops (they keep updating) so I checked to make sure mine had either and it did - Thunderbolt 3. And it worked great.Quick side note - construction of the docking station is excellent. Not some cheap plastic. Nice to see some companies still build things to last!Since I use a laptop as my main computer, the single connection this docking station provides to everything else makes it easy to unplug and go!!! Really convenient! This also allowed me to wire in to my router versus using wifi which was an unexpected bonus. My laptop does not have the RJ45 port (like most these days). And now my Yeti mic, external USB backup and Logitech keyboard and mouse are all connected through the docking station with still ports available to grow. My laptop only had 2 USB ports, so now I can permanently connect my USB DVD drive too. Another bonus, an SD card (no port on my laptop for that either).Quality of the screens are great. One of my screens is a 39" ultra-wide - no issues at all. It was out of the box plug and play. I have a Lenovo Yoga 730 running Windows 10. I have attached pics to see my setup - using extended screens. This could add a 4th screen if I needed. Note you need an AMD graphics card, Intel will not support the 4th. I see in the manual it supports Apple as well. My designer uses an Apple so will see how this works on hers as she was thinking of getting multiple screens with her setup. I'll do a follow-up on how that goes.

Support has been wonderful! And it needs to be- because these things are junk!
This unit didn't work when I first hooked everything up. I reached out to Amazon to return it, but Amazon's support tech replied and started to talk me through resolving why. He also determined that it was defective and told me to reach out to UItechSmart. I did. The support tech talked me through it and we determined it was defective. The tech made arrangements to get a new one shipped immediately. It arrived in two days and this one works great. I have two windows laptops- one for personal use and one for business. I wanted something where I just had to move one cable between laptops and my mouse, keyboard, both monitors, external mic/ speaker, and printer would follow from one machine to the other. This thing is doing exactly that! I love it! Now let's see how long it lasts. I will update after I burn it out. A great big thank you to UtechSmart for excellent support!UPDATE 07-05-2022: The new one has died after less than 4 months. It starting acting funky (working/ not working) about 2 weeks ago, now it's completely dead. I absolutely hate this thing and give it just 1 star. $99 is a lot on money for 4 months of use. I would NOT recommend this product.

The price is not as great as you think
OK first of all: Yes. This product works. And I am really happy with the amount of extra USB 3 ports I can have on my laptop. Not many other dockers offer this many usb 3 ports in this price range. And this docking station even allows power delivery.I've connected my mouse, keyboard, monitor, camera, headset, and flashdrive through this docking station at the same time, and they work fine no problem.But... here is the catch. The 100 watt charging adapter needs be bought separately. So if you are wondering how can this docker have so many features including charging and still be cheaper the competitors, that is because many other docking station that are more expensive come built in with a charging adapter internally. This does not.

Good versatile Dock
starting with the bad, it was a little tricky to get 3 monitors working on it with my HP x360, but it seemed to be equally the fault of the laptop as much as the dock. The plug spacing was just a hair too narrow to use the dual docking cable. that said i do need to call for assistance, and i hope to find a workaroundthe good is a better list. lots of ports, had more than enough for what i needed, which turned out to be good because i needed more plugs than i thought. responds even faster than the HP dock at work as far as waking up the pc and monitors. nice and compact so it doesnt take up a big chunk of desk

Works okay, when it works
I purchased this in September and had a little trouble getting two monitors to work as extended display with my Intel-based MacBook Pro. But eventually I did get it working, and it worked pretty well for about 3 months. Then one morning I woke up and turned on the computer to find the unit had died and I was getting USB power errors on my Mac. Haven't been able to get it working since. I've been in touch with tech support and they will be sending a replacement. However, communication has been very slow, and after reading other reviews I'm not feeling very optimistic. I'll adjust my stars based on my experience.

The only hub you need
I have a lot of peripherals...like really a lot. And some of them are a little sensitive about how they cooperate with hubs. I've blasted through quite a few smaller or more flimsy hubs, some of which wouldn't work with certain pieces of equipment. So I decided to get serious and get something that promised to supply enough ports and be solid enough to stand up to being hauled all over in my bag.And this is it. I haven't come close to running out of ports yet (I use mostly USB connections, the Ethernet connection and one elderly VGA -- I haven't used the video ports). I teach online and this allows me to connect all the bits and pieces I need (camera, microphone, iPad, writing tablet) and it also plays nicely with my steno machine and stenomask equipment. If it would charge the iPad while connected it would be six stars, but that hasn't been a deal-breaker. I like the shape where it's solid and three-dimensional, easy to find (yeah, that can be an issue with the small ones) and I especially like the detachable cord between the unit and the computer, since that's usually the point where cheaper or not-as-well-designed hubs break.
