Great for the beginner and intermediate smoker dude
Got this smoker on sale at the big box store!!! You wouldn't believe it if I told you. Anyway! Smoked a turkey and some ribs!!! Wow!!! Didn't take me long to figure out how to control the temp! Heavy duty as it can be!!! Heavy steel!!! The real deal!!! Very happy with everything!!! Now just trying to find two temp gauges for the lower sides that fit!!! Cheers and happy smoking!!!

Missing Box to assemble
While a refunded was provided for this order, I’m curious to know what the resolution was for this product. We currently have the body of this Char Griller and would love to purchase box two to assemble the grill.

Great smoker - hard to find original replacement parts
Overall great value for a mass-produced smoker, but here are some things to be aware of:1. Keep it covered between uses, either in your garage or under a covered patio to curtail rusting. In spite of the factory paint job it will rust quickly if you leave it outdoors, even under a PVC cover.2. Like all mass produced steel smokers this one leaks smoke badly, around the lid as well as the main body and the fire box. Buy a roll of felt grommet seal to fill in the gaps. That way your meats/poultry/fish will take in all that beautiful smoke3. Replacement parts are a problem. I bought mine Thanksgiving 2020. Now 4 years later it is needing some replacement parts. The first thing to wear out will be your ash pans for firebox and main cooking chamber. Manufacturers website does not maintain an inventory of parts for this model. You can find Chinese replacements here on Amazon but they don’t fit perfectly and will need a bit of modification. If you have basic metal-working tools and skills it’s not a problem.Overall this smoker is non-fussy with good temp regulation, easy to use, and cooks delicious meals for your family and friends..
