These are great little army soldiers and work for my needs perfectly. I ordered these to use as fill-ins for characters in my books when I need to plot out a more complicated scene (particularly fight scenes with multiple characters). I painted a splotch of color on the top of their heads and wrote a letter on their bottoms for identification so that I can then work out where my characters will move at what time.These soldiers are fairly sturdy for the price point. Though some of the guns are a little thin, for the most part, I can't see anything getting broken (and even the thin guns would take a good bit to destroy). I also love how there are a ton of different shapes in the soldiers. They are fairly cheap soldiers made from fairly cheap material but there are still a good amount of details in them. They it also easy to stand them up and keep them standing. Though some of them might fall if you blew on them hard or shook the table, it is easy to stand them up (Which isn't true of even the most expensive toy soldiers. I would know. I work at a toy store).

I like my army men. Just a little childhood flashback. Not sure which era these guys are from, kind of look a little bit current to a lot of bit of 1940s, but, they're still kind of cool.

My son has been collecting army men since he was in his teens, and he's now in his 20s. He collects sets from various armies from around the world, and from many different conflicts, so he knows military figures. He even paints them in correct uniform colors when he's in the mood. So I was excited when I saw this set and bought them for him. There are like 8 different poses, several of each type. I sent him pictures of them (because he's currently visiting his girlfriend in China) and he was very happy to see them. He says they are unusual poses that he hadn't seen before, so when he comes home next month, I'll get to see where in the world the soldiers are from. He's "Buff History Buff" on Pinterest, if you want to check out his page. You'll find hundreds of different uniform designs there, and he has them all in his big brain. Maybe when he gets home, he'll paint some of these guys and I'll be able to show you what they look like. Until then, I'm happy that I made him happy by ordering these. And that always gets an "A" from me. Only one of the guys wouldn't stand correctly, but I'm sure he knows a way to fix that too. I'd say it's a great set if you know someone who loves army guys, whether young or adult. Nice inexpensive stocking stuffer or addition to a main gift. Good for diorama's too.

Would have bought a higher quality one if available. My 5 year old just moves them around, doesn’t play fight with them. I was lining them up last night and broke off the base just by setting it down. Would not recommend. It’s like the ones around when I was growing up in the 80’s were such higher quality, but can’t even find ones that I can pay more for, for better quality. Also, ¼ of them couldn’t stand up at all due to misshapen bases. Bummer

These army men are classic figure toys for any child. My toddler who is five years old has already bought a package of similar army figures, but they were smaller and most of them already broke apart. I found these ones and they are a little bigger and a little more durable. The color is generic green, which I often see in army figure toys. But these set is better and more level. The edges are not perfect and not very detailed, but they look way better than the previous ones he had. He was super happy to get these set and has been playing with them non-stop. He even brought them in a large Ziploc bag to a birthday party so he can play with them with friends.

These are similar to the army men from my childhood - but they are sturdier and will definitely last longer than the ones I had. I bought these for my sons and they were so excited to start playing with them. With the 25 pieces they set up an army to fight their robot toys and have had hours of fun with them. As long as they're treated nicely they will undoubtedly last for a long time. With the different poses my boys are able to come up with strategies in their play, developing a teamwork amongst them. For the price point these are a great value!

They are toy army men. You can pretty much imagine exactly what they look and feel like without even possessing them yet. They are pretty standard, run of the mill, green army men figures that you could get at most drug store toy aisles even. The price is great! They do the job. I got them for play therapy and they round out my aggressive toy category just right. They are as sturdy as they can be give the size. If you need them or want them, get them. Not much to go wrong with here.
