It was my first time trying a castor oil pack! I purchased these to help support my experience!! They really worked!!!! I had one on my neck, breast area, my abdomen and stomach. I will say at some point of the night I went running to use the bathroom! 🚽 it was a great experience. I noticed cramps from using the castor oil in my abdomen area but I saw that was a sign it was working. The material is good! Easy to wash! Although the castor oil stained them after so many uses.

This wrap is perfect, adjustable to fit most people. I love that it comes with the neck wrap and breast pads. I’ve been doing castor oil packs for a few months now and I’ve noticed a huge difference in my stomach, no more bloating and it has improved my liver function and gut health.

I basically only use the large wrap, this is the first time I've been using castor oil and a wrap. I am seeing a reduction in inflammation within the abdominal region. I'm not expecting a miracle but my pants do fit differently now so that has me wrapping almost every night. However, I'm finding it extremely difficult to wash the castor oil out of the wrap completely. Just plain old laundry soap won't cut it. I've been covering it in and soaking it in dish soap and hot water in hopes to break down the castor oil. This wrap will go rancid fast if the oil can't get out if it. Make sure you have clothes you don't care about getting oil onto, it will be difficult getting it out of your clothes and sheets, if you go to bed with this on. I'm a massage therapist and I don't know why I didn't think of this when I bought it. Goodness! Scrub a dub, soak and wash. Hope this works!

Love these castor oil packs they are a life saver, it’s really amazing how much they help pain and inflammation. The white side of the pack that absorbs the oil and goes on your skin is all made well and really soft the other bonus is you get multiple items for in one pack. The breast size is huge.

I haven't tried them yet, but they are very high quality and made extremely well. Also, are decent sized to cover any size area, no matter how large we small you are. Very impressive.

I only need the part that goes around the body; but this was the least expensive one with good reviews, and it came with three other pads. I've only used the large pad. I really don't like that you have to use teeny tiny buttons to secure it. I'm thinking I'll replace this with one that has long ties as the pad keeps slipping while I'm working the buttons, and that gets messy. But other than the buttons, it works. I have had small leaks around the edges, but I think all pads do that. This is okay if you're good with small buttons.

I mainly use the bigger size with castor oil where my c section scar is…I sleep with it…surprisingly stays in place.
