The company was easy to work with (one of our boxes got lost and they quickly sent a replacement). The couch is comfy and functional. The storage piece is nice and easy to lift but doesn't "throw open" (there's some resistance). I like how neutral this material color turned out to be in person. I feel like this couch will last for several years even with dogs and a growing baby.

I love my new couch. I was hesitant at first because of some of the reviews, but it ended up being amazing for my new apartment. It's not super soft or firm, it's in between. My only complaint is how low the arm rest are, but doesn't bother me too much!

I’m really happy with my purchase! It’s the perfect beige color and a good fit for my apartment. ( I measured to make sure) The couch is a little low. The seating is firm but not hard or uncomfortable. I put this together by myself in 1.5 hour.

The box is pretty heavy, so be aware of that! I had to bring the box to the second floor and it wasn’t easy. Putting the couch together wasn’t too bad. I do like how you can choose which side you’d like the chaise on. The couch itself is a bit firm for my liking and I am hoping it’ll be more soft in the near future after using it for a bit. The color is true to the advertised. Unfortunately, there was a small pinkish stain. It’s very hard to see in the picture but in person you can see there is a small section that has a pinkish hue to it. I wish there was a way to replace just the covers. It didn’t take too long to set up, maybe an hour between 2 people. Once it is full built and the 2 cushioned side is connected to the chaise, it is verrryyyyy heavy!!! It is also a little hard to move. There is only one bolt holding the two together. So when you try to move it, you literally need 3 people. One on either end and one in the middle to make sure the weight is distributed, otherwise, it felt like we were going to break it. Overall, it’s not bad. Let’s see how it holds up after a while!

This arrived in two large boxes that weighed about 100lb each. Of note, and nothing against the product itself since it has nothing to do with the product, but this was delivered to my apartment’s mailroom instead of to my front door. Seems to be a problem with apartment deliveries and I had to figure out how to get it to my third floor apartment. So FYI, I guess they don’t deliver to your door if you live in an apartment.That being said, the couch is really nice, very comfortable, and very sturdy. It was easy to put together by myself and didn’t require any tools unless you want to switch the side the L is on. Then you only need a screwdriver or drill to remove the brackets from one side and put them on the other side. The hardest part was getting the cushions into the covers, but once it’s done it all looks really nice. The fabric is actually really nice, doesn’t stretch out and hasn’t pilled, but I’ve only had this for about two weeks.It does sit a little lower than other couches I’ve had, but nothing that requires a squat or anything like that. The storage space is also very roomy, a nice bonus. I’d absolutely recommend this.

Do NOT buy this couch. Extremely disappointed. Looked nothing like the pictures once set up- very low to the ground and the back is short. I’m 5’3 and my feet touch the ground while the middle of my back is on the “pillow”. Materiel frays and pills at any slight movement, definitely NOT animal or kid friendly. Don’t waste your money, save and splurge on something higher quality.

A pricier couch wasn’t in our budget, so we opted for this one for our living room. It’s a really good couch. I’m able to nap on it, and me, my boyfriend and our small dog all fit on it comfortably. The arms rests are even like pillows, and my bf has fallen asleep on it every night this week! It’s not too low to the ground like many cheap couches are, and the support is pretty good - kinda firm but still comfy. I have heard a few squeaks but that doesn’t bother me. It did take about 2 days for the cushions to fluff up. It took about 1 hour for two of us to put it together, but we were really tired from moving so I think it could take less time. I also liked the reversible chaise because we hadn’t yet decided which side we wanted it on when we ordered. The only sad part is the dog has decided the chaise is for her only! Speaking for the dog, I think she would also give the couch 5 stars.Overall, if you are looking for a cheap couch that is still comfy and cute, this is a great option. It’s also great for small spaces but not such a small couch that you can’t have multiple people on it comfortably.

This couch is very disappointing. It is very low to the ground and a very low back. The seats are not as deep as pictured. The material began fraying a week into laying on it. I wouldn’t recommend this couch.
