Perfect fit
The MT2 slid right into the head stack on Grizzly lathe and accepted the MT1 of the pen mandrel I bought not realizing* it was a MT1. Great value for the money. It does not have a thru hole so keep that in mind.

Allows me to use some old type one inserts in my type 2 tailstock.
This was cheaper than buying a new chuck and live center when upgrading to a larger lathe.
