Works Great! Simple to Clean with White Vinegar and rinse! Saves us $$.
Love it! Works Great! I live with my mom and we both use C-PAPs. It's perfect tool for saving $$ at the store buying by the gallon, since the cost went up 50% in the last few years. Also found other good uses for distilled water. EASY cleaning with a little scrub with 100% plain white vinegar and a thorough clean water rinse; water and soapy water alone won't work to clean it. It takes about 4 hours to make a gallon, and motor fan is as loud as a bathroom exhaust vent, by comparison.

Need distilled water ?
This water distiller system is easy to use; just fill with water, setup the empty gallon container included, and power on. Great instructions are included, my kit sent with hard plastic gallon jug to fill the distilled water as it is making it. Just set and forget. It takes about 4 hours to produce the gallon of water and automatically shuts off when done. Fill a regular gallon water bottle to use in your humidifier or other accessory requiring distilled water 💦

Good distiller
I use this nearly daily in the winter to make a gallon of distilled water for various purposes, mainly humidifier refills and a coffee maker. In less than 4 hours it will distill a gallon of water, but as others have said, I stop the process after 3:40 minutes (starting with warm water that was heated with cheap natural gas) so it doesn't run dry. After the residual raw water has cooled (about 10 - 15 minutes depending on the amount remaining), I pour that out then use slightly diluted 30% vinegar to clean any scale from the soft water supplied in my area.Yes, it's quite loud so don't keep it in an area where you need quiet. The only issues are: 1) the user's manual incorrectly states that it comes with a glass receiver bottle - it's plastic but that's OK, 2) the silicone seal should be replaced annually (although it doesn't state how much usage triggers that event) but the vendor's web site does not have replacement parts available and contacting the vendor about the cost of such an item was fruitless and frustrating. The Reset button is nearly useless - apparently, it's just for stopping a process part way through a cycle then restarting it. But the unit comes back on when it's plugged in. But overall, it makes clean water with no leaks.

Great quality , no leaks and easy to care for
This unit is amazing ! It’s saving us lots of money along with saving plastic and the environment! It’s paid for itself as I use it for sinus rinse and my hubby uses it for his sleep machine and loves drinking distilled water so it’s getting lots of use . Great quality zero leakage highly recommend!

Distiller
Works well For small amounts of distilled water. Only used a few times but bought so I wouldn’t have to buy bottles of distilled water for nasal rinse and CPAP machine

Simple and effective!
This unit has been great so far- I run a decent sized humidifier in my studio, and this is preventing me from buying multiple gallons of distilled water a week. The water from it is working great for the humidifier without leaving any mineral buildup or white dust. It's straightforward and simple to use, and cleaning with the included citric acid is really easy. I've been running it a couple of times a week, and cleaning it about every 5 cycles. The included jug feels sturdy. Overall, it's a little loud, but sitting on my basement counter it doesn't bother anyone. It's a little larger than I anticipated, so when I'm not using it during the colder months I'll have to figure out a place to keep it besides the counter.

better drinking water
I have well water that used to be very good tasting, the water was very hard water but I didn't mind that. A few years ago when I filled my pool the water was crystal clear even in the 7 foot deep end. Then for some reason over the last year the well water has been getting cloudy even in a drinking glass of water. Turns out was getting a lot of iron in the water now and and when used for cooking it would turn a kind of brownish color when boiled. I decided using that water for drinking or cooking might not be a good idea.So I bought this water distiller... I'm so glad I did. After running a first batch to clean out the distiller I filled up a 2.5 gallon container with a spigot I put in the fridge and filled up the gallon jug that came with it for coffee water, cooking and for my cat's water bowl. The distilled water is crystal clear and taste very good. I find myself drinking more water now then I had been.I do set a timer so I can unplug it before it runs dry so it wouldn't be too difficult to clean. About 3.5 hours seems to be a good amount of time with almost filling the gallon jug and still have an inch or so of water left in the distiller. And that water is disgusting looking... yeah it has all the hard water minerals and the iron residue in that left behind water.I do open it to refill as soon as it's finished (by timer) but it does boil the water into steam and that is why it's distilled water and if opening it while still full of steam you risk getting a steam burn. I give it a few minutes before opening it and open it away from me. It doesn't have much pressure as it's not a pressure cooker and doesn't have anything that locks the top down... it just sits on top with a silicon gasket holding it in place sealing it. With my water I can refill it once before having to dump out the remaining water and give it a rinse before refilling it.The negative side of it is the water pot is built into the bottom and trying to clean and rinse it and not get the outside of it wet can be difficult. I really wish it had a pot that could be removed like an instapot has then there wouldn't be any chance of getting the electrical parts wet.Hopefully this will continue working for a very long time. Time will tell on that. But for the price even if had to replace once a year it's still worth it to have good drinking water.

Very nice distiller
Been using it for a month. Works great! Tested thw water and it is distilled. Has a little bit of a burnt taste due to the last of the hard water boiling off and burning the solids in the water.
