Nice cup but glass straw is VERY fragile. It broke as soon as I put it through the top, the second time I used it, leaving glass pieces all in my drink. I don’t like the stainless straw that came with it and it’s difficult to find a replacement the same length. Would recommend that the manufacturer substitute a suitable straw that is less fragile!

The first one came completely shattered in the box. They sent me a replacement. I have to send the broken one back, which is dangerous, as the box has tears and there's little glass shards everywhere. I would have rather sent video and pics. But they want me to ship shattered glass back or else I'll be charged for the extra one. Really doesn't make sense but I'm happy they replaced it quickly and it is a very nice tumbler. It's lightweight and easy to clean.

So many things about this that I like - the rubber bottom so it won't slip, it takes the wider milkshake straws, space on top for my vitamins and they can't fall in, it's glass - not plastic, and it's purple! Wish I could afford more!

I bought this for my husband as we both work from home and he drinks ice tea throughout the day. We just received these Thursday/Friday last week and he used it for the third time this morning. When putting the lid on the tumbler shattered. The liquid was cold, not hot. All he was doing was putting the lid on and it shattered. I have one as well as we bought a two pack, using mine today, hope this one doesn't break. I will say, the metal straw it comes with is too short, needs to be longer. The glass straw is similar and the plastic tip/cover it comes with makes it so the straw doesn't fit in the straw hole. I wanted to love this so much as we wanted large tumblers that were not plastic and insulated. Not sure if I will replacing with same thing.

I love the size and design of 40oz Glass Tumbler—it looks beautiful and is perfect for holding a large drink. The handle is comfortable to hold, and it fits well in my cup holder.However, the glass quality is not as durable as I expected. Unfortunately, the metal straw even poked through the bottom while I was using it, which was disappointing. The glass feels fragile, so I’d be extra careful when handling it.
