This bench is pretty great! Easy to assemble and seems good quality. Does not come with bar/ weights in case you missed that part (like I did).

The weight bench was easy to build, strong, and sturdy. It is versatile and does all of the workouts as stated.I do know that the product is rust-resistant but I have it outdoors. So before I built the weight bench, I gave it a coat of outdoor paint spray to give it extra protection from the elements. The spray paint has not chipped or come off thus far. It has been three months. Additionally, it stays on and does not smudge. But first, you do have to let the paint cure for a couple of days. Then pass a quick damp rag to clean any minor smudges. For a third layer of protection, I bought a large treadmill outdoor cover for the weight bench. I could not find any outdoor weight bench cover that was large enough for this specific weight bench.For me, the only negative thing is the range of motion of some of the equipment. I would have liked some of the workouts could have a larger/longer range of motion but again that is just my preference. I recommend this product to maintain fit and work out.

Says you needtwo people to put together but you don't. I put mine together by myself. Solis little bench. Fits my Olympic bar. Packed pretty nicely and directions are very easy to understand. Very happy with the product. Only thing I can say negative is the leg extension. Wish it was a little more steady.

Bought it due to the volume of good reviews but I'm pretty disappointed. Not very easy to assemble. Very small. Maybe for kids and small/medium size persons. Unfortunately I just noticed that once I assemble the whole thing and try to use it, and I don't think I will be able to return it without paying a fortune.Not comfortable for benchpress as the gap between the weight holder bars is too narrow. Biceps work using the handle bars is not good/possible.

I have Rheumatoid arthritis, am retired, and need to exercise my legs and arms to stay functional and without pain. This home gym exceeded my expectations, because it is very sturdy built for my 5’10”, 245 pound frame. I also need to do leg lifts to strengthen the quads, and have no issue hitting the floor when in my socks. However, with shoes on, my feet do scrape the floor. This is no big deal. If I had to, I could raise the gym on blocks, but it is far easier just to do the leg lifts in my bare feet. I’m extremely well placed with this purchase because it gives me an affordable Home gym that meets my requirements

I enjoy the bench, it came with all parts. It also has the great option of moving benchbup to makenot easier to move and take less space. Also it was easy to build but there is a few annoyances. The side extensions for butterflies are waaay too short. They do not work the chest muscles at all. Also the tray that holds the bar is a bit wobbly. Can be worrisome when you have heavy weights on it. The price is OK, I would look for something cheaper option that doesn't have the side extensions or find a product with better ones.

This is a solid little bench. It is small. Max bar height is 40". A few pieces of 4x4 will clear up most people's issues. The build quality is good. Feels rigid. Everything does what it's supposed to. I am quite happy with this purchase.
