I absolutely love this thing. I ironed my wrinkled curtains and it was so satisfying yet super convenient since I already hung them up so I didn’t have to struggle with an ironing board. This is definitely worth the purchase.

I love this thing. The size is perfect, it makes it super easy to hold and use. I love all the safety features and the high quality. It works amazing and makes ironing a breeze rather than a chore.

This is really big. It needs a case maybe a neoprene bag lined with a water proof soft sided heat resistant zippered case t and a heat resistant bagso this is really heavy when we used it once or twice maybe even once not because it’s heavy but that it’s inconvenient for me to use it right now. I’ve been traveling although I bought it to travel. I think you should have a bag, some sort of container that it like maybe something neoprene so that it’s in there and maybe that neoprene has some lining on the inside that you know well absorb heat or something just in case you have to put it away kinda like those curling iron cases. I have the silver something on the inside yeah make a case for that thing make it on the monitor clip or you know button or snap and include it for the price they should have a case and I wouldn’t say a hard one because if it’s for travel Kind of it’s already hard so I wish I thought that I would like a case please please right away anyway it’s good looking but it’s very big. OK. I think you should come with a case and possibly a mat and ironing mat so that the whole group of three items or more make it convenient for travel if you have everything you need then it’s a travel thing. Otherwise we have to go find a container and find a ironing mat. You know that’s ridiculous and it’s big Anyway I’m gonna keep it but that’s just my opinion about it. I just hope it doesn’t leak all over the place like you can turn it upside down and empty the water and then what are you gonna do? Do you put in your suitcase like that I don’t know give a bag around. Is there something you can go in if it just drains a little just in case I don’t know I would think that too find something.

I'm impressed with this iron/steamer. It instantly heats up and is ready to use. There's also no leakage.

We ordered this to take to Cabo for our daughter’s wedding. It was perfect no leaks. I love it.

I ordered the iron, connected it to the outlet - nothing no light no anything. I requested a replacement which was sent to me but guess what - it’s also not workingAmazon is not helpful at all telling me I can contact the manufacturer. I just wanna know why is this seller selling defective items? So much of my time wasted now I’m just going to get a refund and shop elsewhere. No easy product support offered, since I thought it was me (maybe I was doing something wrong?) and not the iron, but guess what - no support, no one to ask what the issue could be. I think I know how to turn on an iron, unless there’s something else needed to be done, the instruction manual just says plug it in and a light will come on. So I guess this seller is selling defective items.Contacted Amazon but they weren’t helpful at all. All this trouble for an iron, it’s ridiculous.

I wanted a steamer to touch up clothes at times. I’ve always liked Black and Decker products so ordered this one. I’m 67 years old and this steamer is heavy and larger than I would like. I did try it and it did not steam as well as I expected. I would not use it because of the weight and size. It would be too much to deal with to touch up clothes so I thought it would be best to return it and try another steamer.
