Well priced easy to use
Amazing product at this price point, works good, fast printing, should also attach a write up to change printer settings , easy to set up, some how started giving error after a week may be my piece was defective, requested for return replacement

Worth for money
Good printer for label printing and bar code printing. I have printed 4*6/2*2/1.5*1/4*3 inch labels. Initially i was not able to print since it needed to add the specific paper size in the printer setting, but the support team was really good and they have given me a demo through anydesk. Worth for money.

Helett after sales Tech support is the worst!
There was no disc nor manual given with the product. I couldn’t set it up as soon as I received the product. Later, I connected to customer support and there was pathetic response from the executive. He just shared some files to download and then went offline, making excuses to offer tech support.I can’t comment on the efficacy of the product if I can’t even get it up and running!Regretting my purchase now.

Its a very good and handy product. We bought this for our startup and its a very useful product leaving less footprint on the environment and easy to use and install. The customer care of Hellet is also very suppportive and cooperative. As we were new to this product they guided us with patience and didn't give up until we got to know how to use it. Really happy that we made this purchase..:)

Works fine does the job. Better than shreyans 80D it lasted only 2 months no warranty lets see how this perform.
