En general me parecio un buen juego, muy buenos graficos, y la ambientacion de nueva orleans en los años 60's & 70's, relata la historia de un veterano de la segunda guerra mundial. La historia principal es un poco corta pero si te gustan los juegos abiertos y seguir todas las misiones secundarias es muy divertido. Por el precio al que Amazon vende vale mucho la pena.

El juego viene nuevo y sellado. Pero las misiones son repetitivas, le falta la diversidad de misiones del Mafia I. Tiene tambien muchos bugs. No es malo pero tampoco lo recomendaria.

La referencia con la serie de GTA es inevitable, pero no por eso es malo, no duden en darle una oportunidad.

My son says it's ok but not to his expectations!

Open world game taking place during the late 60's with an engaging story line based during our civil rights unrest. The the story is everything you expect and more, with plenty of side missions that will keep you playing it for a long time. Fans of GTA will enjoy this game as it plays pretty much the same, with various type missions, vehicles to drive, main characters and I am sure add ons that you will want to play. The time period is great for those that grew up in that time period as it reflects accurately what the USA was like doing that time period, plus those after that period will give them a window into how America has changed some since then. After completing the game I expect to be doing additional play through with a very interesting story line. A must play for gamers that like open worlds.

The game was a fun ride to play, but I regret paying 60 dollars for it. The story was okay but they could have done so much more for all characters. When I first bought the game I was excited for the story and how they were gonna show us a new point of view. I was let down because the script was just bleh and the characters are just not memorable. If you're thinking about getting the game I'll recommend renting it or wait for the game to be under 30$.

Mafia 3 more than lives up to the epicness of Mafia 2. This is a very story-driven campaign. You start with nothing and slowly take over territories in order to get revenge on a mob boss in very typical Mafia fashion. Each territory has a unique story but follows the same kind of set up - You meet the main character of the area, You help him/her take it over and move onto the next. It may seem a bit dull but it's not. Each territory has its own unique story and that is the beauty of the game. The developer keeps the high-quality story going from start to finish.The gameplay is simple yet fun, Similar to previous instalments. I feel the numerous collectables are very needless and don't other anything other than wasted time. The environments are unique and fitting to the time period (the late 60's). The driving controls could have been a bit more satisfying, It's nowhere near as enjoyable as it was in Mafia 2. I love radio options in this game too, Mafia 3 has such a fitting and enjoyable soundtrack that brings the era to life. Honestly, Go buy this game. It's so much fun. I'm having a blast playing it.

I've seen many reviews talking about how buggy this game is, maybe they patched it but for me I had almost no issues. Certainly nothing more than any other game locking up like once a week or so. I found the game fun to play and almost regret waiting so long to pick it up (happy with the cheaper price) and glad I did not let the negative reviews chase me away. I don't spend much time trying to compare what features I liked in different games, they are all different so just enjoy each of them for what they are. I like GTA (although not V so much), Mafia and Saints Row, all fun to play.

So far I'm liking this game. I've only played for a couple of hours so far. The story keeps you engaged, which is rare nowadays. There are some weird things like once you move from behind cover you will be standing straight up, so enemies can see you. There's no way to sneak quickly from cover to cover, which sucks! I like to stay low and sneak from cover to cover. Every other stealth/third person video game I've played has had this feature. Not sure why Mafia III doesn't. There's some funky mechanical things going on and a lot of repetitive AI stuff....but other than that the game seems pretty solid so far. I look forward to play some more this weekend

I’ve had so many problems with glitches and having to restart missions in an attempt to get parts to show up. I’m currently stuck; I have to raid someone but can’t because it won’t show up on the map. I had actually blown up their stuff before but it never said that I completed it, so I can’t move on. I had another disc before from gamestop and it worked just fine, I had to get a new one because I lost it. Don’t buy this

The story's good and the character animations are very life-like, but the overall gameplay is extremely repetitive. It's hard to stay interested when you literally do the exact same mission for the entire game. Some of the locations were very similar, stores and restaurants were nearly carbon copies of each other. I did really like the beginning of the game which was more linear and story-focused.

Nothing will ever match Mafia I but still something you can't miss if you are Mafia fan. Repetitive missions though.
