Her royal highness only pees on the nicest of rugs now (please nobody tell her.)
My elderly diva fresh off foot surgery and sporting a 'no-splash zone' mandate, has a very particular set of skills. Skills she's honed over 15 years, primarily involving identifying and defiling my nicest rugs.Disposable pee pads? Please. Those crinkly, thin abominations are for peasants. She demands plush, rug-like surfaces for her royal excretions.Enter these reusable rug-pads. I figured, 'If I can't break her habit, I'll enable it with superior absorbency!' It's like I've tricked her into thinking my house is now a high-end, bespoke bathroom rug boutique. She sniffed them, gave them a regal paw-pat, and then proceeded to baptize them with the golden nectar of elderly dog dominance. These things are so absorbent, I’m starting to suspect they’re made of tiny, thirsty gnomes. I wash them daily because, frankly, I'm terrified of accidentally hosting a 'guess the pee spot' party for my guests. 'Oh, you like the throw rug? It's vintage... vintage pee, that is!' I’m sure if I let them go a few days, they’d start to smell like a petting zoo after a lemonade stand explosion, but I’m not willing to risk it.Honestly, these rug-pads are the only thing standing between my sanity and a full-blown 'dog pee abstract art' installation on my floors. If your dog considers your rugs their personal 'relief stations' and looks at disposable pee pads with the same disdain they reserve for the mailman, buy these. They're basically a pee-absorbing miracle disguised as a rug. And, let’s be honest, we’re all just trying to survive the reign of our tiny, furry overlords, one pee pad at a time.

Lightweight washable wont break your washing machine like thicker wee pads
I have several different brands of wee pads as I have three Pomeranians who are wee pad trained. The thing I like best about this 72 x 72 inch pad is that while it is HUGE, I can wash it in my washer without worrying about breaking my washer. I ahve several pads that are much thicker and I worry about them braking the washer. I was and dry this daily for almost a year now. It fits about 3/4 of the floor of my bathroom where they go to wee at night.

Buyer Beware
Over the past year we have bought several of these pads. Have to say we love them and they work great. However my warning is please inspect your pad before using it. They should have textured bumps/ grips on the underside to avoid slipping. We received a set that didn’t get the grips and unfortunately we didn’t notice until the night before Christmas Eve when my husband got up to use the restroom. He stepped on the pad which without grips slipped on our hardwood floor resulting in him falling against our dresser he broke three ribs and Collapsed lung . He ended up spending the week of Christmas in the Hospital. All that said the product does work great just make sure to inspect your purchase before using. If you plan to use this on a hard floor surface I’d also recommend purchasing an anti slip rug pad to go under it to avoid trips to the hospital. (On the left pad has the grips on the right pad has no grips.)

Prettiest Potty Pads
These doggie pads are the best! They are leak resistant, protect hard wood floors, so easy to use and reusable because you can wash them. They wash great and color holds. No fading.

Only Okay
I have three different brands of reusable pee pads for my senior dog, and this is my least favorite.Pros: Nice color, soft, easy to wash, absorbentCons: I do not mind them being thin since they absorb well, but they bunch up very easily and get out of place with animals just walking on them. It is also impossible to tell if they're used (without feeling them). That might not be a con for everyone, but we like to know when it's time to wash them and how used they are.

Decorative, protective, and functional
Works really well. Messes dry fast and don't keep through. It also looks much more like a rug than a puppy pad. I will buy them again.

Great quality and rug saver.
Very soft, washes and dries quickly and was a rug saver with my new puppy. She’s now house trained and I still use it because it still looks great after 9 months and many washes.
