Plastic shell.
To my surprise, this came in a plastic outer shell and did serious mess up with my digestion. Never will buy again. Sorry.

Best iron supplement I’ve ever tried!
3rd time buying it and it won’t be my last! My favourite iron supplement as it has vitamins and folate, which is ideal for me. I notice a massive difference in my energy levels if I forget to take it, simply can’t recommend it enough!
