For those of you saying it doesn’t work make sure it bleeps when you plug it in. I was so frustrated with mine at first as I couldn’t get it to work at all. Turns out I hadn’t pushed the plug in properly. Mine made a bleeping sound once the plug was in correctly. Mine bleeped when it was. After that mine worked like a dream. The lights come on but then you have to wait 20 minutes or so for all the water to start dripping down as it should. Just be patient. I promise it works guys

I adored this product but it sadly stopped working after a month (Once it was outside of its return window.) I followed all the steps and guidance given for trouble shooting but sadly, the product was faulty. Couldn’t find how to message for an exchange or anything so very disappointed

Purchased for my partner to help him sleep. Despite truing everything we can we csnt get the water to rain as it's supposed to. Can't see where we are going wrong. Disappointed as I can't return it now. Just wish we could get it work 😪

The product was great for about one week although the remote arrived damaged. However, after a few uses the water is leaking from the bottom and it is now unusable. Waste of money.

My son loves the sound of the rain, he loved this and every time I walk past his bedroom I can hear the sound of the rain from it, would buy and recommend

This product is so disappointing. I bought it for Christmas for my daughter and three months later we had to take the whole thing apart to clean twice and try and get rid of the mould. It is an impossible job as you cannot get to all the little nooks and crannies. The rain sound is a dripping sound and the remote control is not easy to use. It also does not come with a manual. Sadly it is too late to return the item.
