Does not hold weight for Nordic curls

The Grafanty Nordic strap comes in just a plain clear plastic bag. It's a good length nylon strap with a good quality fastening clasp.I did want to receive this product to test and review for use in my leg workouts and performing Nordic leg curls. However, although this strap is long, it's not the easiest to use for performing Nordic leg curls as you'll need a very sturdy bench to strap to and then have to try and set-up the strap to secure your ankles to be able to perform the exercise.TBH, way too much hassle to use for Nordic leg curls. Useful as a restraining strap for some other exercises, but has limited uses IMHO.
