Don’t buy these! They break into bits in your ears and get stuck, I’m pretty sure there’s some in my ear right now!!! They are so sticky and kind of melt into your ear like worse than chewing gum consistency! More like sticky play doughAnd they trap your hair and get stuck in it, also in tiny piecesDidn’t expect them to be so easy to split and to have bits remaining in my ears after using 🤢Terrible unsafe productBe warned!

They get extremely stuck to my hair and when I pull them out of my ears they fall apart which is a shame because they are the comfiest ones I’ve tried and block out the sound very well

I used the ear plugs for the first time last night.had a wonderful night's sleep fist time in along time.because of husband snoreing.they were easy to use and very soft .I cleaned them with a baby wipe reshaped them and put them back in the box for tonight.

Comes in individual holders.Soft, pliable silicon which you can shape to fit your ear.Keeps most noise out but not everything which is good so you can hear your alarm or family.Be careful not to fit it too snuggly in your ear as I found it caused pressure in my ear /ear drum when I lay on my side. Little adjustment to leave a gap helped stop this.Overall can help reduce sleep disturbance from light snoring
