Slow but steady
It’s slower to heat than my previous frothers but I like how easy it is to clean. The milk does not scald and stick to the bottom. You can choose different speeds from no froth to very foamy. I haven’t tried it for different drinks but think it would be good for heating most any warm drink.

User friendly and can be cleaned without the electrical part!
This is our third milk frother and this one finally looks good and is of quality. The previous two units before this one short-circuited when we washed them with soap and water. This Instant Pot Instant Magic Froth has a pitcher that can be fully removed, stored in the fridge and even placed in the dishwasher without damaging the electrical parts.Smart design and also attractive!Thank you.

Think Twice Before Purchasing
I purchased this to make heated milk and molasses. It worked beautifully the first 8 times. 35 days after purchasing, it no longer frothed. I could no longer return it through amazon and the Instant company is making me jump through hoops just to get information over to them. I added the information online, including the pic of the product label (as asked). Then I was sent an email and was asked for the product label again along with photos, a video and other information about the issue. I hadn't heard back so I contacted the chat. They told me I would get an email within 5-15 minutes. I did, asking me now to upload a video to Google Drive, which I have no idea how to do. Please do yourself a favor and purchase a frother from another company. This is not worth your time. I've pretty much figured out it is the wisk that's not working properly but to have to go through all of this, isn't worth it.I felt the need to add to this review. After all that I went through to prove that the frother wasn't working, customer service said they were sending me out another one. I originally purchased the Instant Magic Froth 9 in 1, with a stainless steel pot. What I received is a cheaper model (Instant Mousseur A Lait 4 in 1), that's all plastic!!!! I'm not kidding, Do Not Purchase this product. Even the customer service is bad. I'm just so glad I did not purchase this as a gift for someone else. I would have been embarrassed if they had to go through all of this.

A little joy in the morning
We love this thing. We just put a little half in half in there each morning and make ourselves a treat. Works well.

Better than any other external "pot" froth machine I've ever used!
First thing I LOVED about this is that the froth jug is metal, not plastic like so many of these machines are, and it is VERY easy to read the different milk levels inside the jug when you initially pour in the milk to froth. Second thing I love is that the instruction booklet, while having a couple of grammatical errors (probably printed in China) is very easy to read and makes it very easy for the first use of the machine. Third thing I love is that not only can you preset the type of froth - or even no froth for americanos for example - but you can also set the temperature to low, medium or hot, and again this is very rare on machines at this price point. The touch controls on the base are very easy to use and give an audible, but not annoying, beep. As you can see from the picture, there are 3 distinct levels in the very first cappuccino that I made: the espresso at the bottom, the espresso froth/crema on top of that and then the frothed milk. However, like every device of this type I've used when you pour the hot milk directly from the jug it tends to reduce the amount of espresso and increase the amount of espresso froth (or "crema) so you don't achieve the perfect 1/3 layer of each component of the cappuccino (espresso, crema and froth). I suspect that if I spoon the froth in that problem will rectify itself, rather than pouring it in directly as I did.Still for the first use, which I set to medium heat and maximum froth, the results (as you can see from the photo) weren't too bad. Also, I love the fact that after you empty what's left of the steamed milk in the jug, which when you set to maximum froth is very little, a couple of wipes on the inside with a kitchen towel and the whole thing is clean (although I suspect it wouldn't hurt to wash it out occasionally), and again, unlike so many of these machines, it's dishwasher safe in the top rack.Overall, I'm pretty impressed with this machine, ESPECIALLY at this price point.
