Extra Large Soft Sided Folding Cat Carrier, PEGIC 3-Doors of Collapsible Ventilated Comfortable Design Portable Vehicle for Traveling, Indoor and Outdoor Uses for Dog and 2 Cats

We have two 7-month-old Maine coon mix kittens and two 5-month-old “normal” size orange tabbies (different litters). When I took my smaller kittens to the vet, one of the big boys tried to climb in our medium-size carrier. I say tried because he couldn’t fit laying down OR as a loaf. Sigh. So I was on the hunt for a carrier that could the whole 13 lb (and growing) kitty.This easily accommodates both orange kittens, but more importantly, it fits one floofy chonker comfortably. It’s very sturdy and zippers securely. I like that it has straps for a seat belt - while the cat is contained in the car, the carrier can be locked down so it doesn’t go flying in an accident. The mesh sides can also be rolled up - the cats like this feature and like to use it as a bed/cave. Despite the frame, it’s reasonably lightweight, and it’s not so big that it is hard to walk with. I like the front pocket on it - it’s a good spot to put a packet of treats or any paperwork for the vet. I’ve purchased a second one for when they both go to the vet, but in a pinch, we probably could fit both big boys in one. (I think we also could probably fit one big and one small cat together if they are all going somewhere at the same time.)

The carrier is ok. One of the reasons why I bought this one was the ability to use a seatbelt. I drive a Ford Expedition. A big truck. Apparently not big enough to use the seatbelt and this carrier. Otherwise, it works fine.

I purchased this for my male cats to alternate between vet visits. One male is 12lbs and the other is 17lbs. I can never seem to find a heavy duty material carrier that allows them to have space and not feel crammed. This is the one! There's plenty of room, especially for the 17lb one who likes to lie in it in the house for fun. I definitely recommend it for those that have bigger cats. There's plenty of areas to look out, so that the cat doesn't feel claustrophobic. It's also made of durable material. Highly recommend!

Bought this for a four day cross-country move, mostly for the few minutes it will take to move them in and out of the car each morning and evening. So far one cat seems to love it and has claimed it as a play area, but I haven’t yet actually tried to put both cats in. They’re both 15 lbs, so I guess it’ll it will be cozy but I think they’ll be fine. Everything clicked right into place and it packs down super flat. Feels sturdy - the bottom doesn’t sag or anything when I lift it with one cat inside, at least. Hoping that the many entrances it has will help with all the cat wrangling I’ll need to do. Listing said 7 lbs but it doesn’t feel like that much when you pick it up. Lightweight!

I got this for my two new kitten brothers to bring them to the vet together; I wanted something different than the hard plastic shell carriers. This thing is bigger than I expected (in a good way) and will definitely fit them both comfortably with extra room. They are both coming on 5 months. The entrances are huge and I love that they Velcro to stay up. I think this will be way more comfortable for them. They have an upcoming vet appointment this month so I will update if there’s anything to add but so far so good!
