Useless!
Absolutely a POS! Do not waste your time or money on this product. All that it does is make lots of loud static. It is not usable at all. Made in China just what you would expect.

It does work, but quality is about what you'd expect for the price.
The good news is that it actually does work.The bad news is it's very cheaply made.The price is this low for a reason.It's no surprise that the wires for the earbuds are thin as spider webs, and the volume control is very scratchy.You also hear every little movement of the device like a deafeningly loud roar of static right in your ears.

This doesn’t work and you have to keep it plugged in for it to be on and it still don’t work can’t hear anything

It works great!
It does what it says it will do. It amplifies very well. However you might find it difficult to use if you don’t have steady hands as any movement on your part makes loud crackling noises that you can’t very well hear over, and it can be irritating to sensitive ears so just be careful with it and turn volume up slowly until you become familiar with it.

Poor quality
The main issue with this is that it picks up sounds on both sides of the device. If the cord moves around at all you’ll hear that as a deafening sound. Any movement or touching of the device also gets picked up and drowns out any sound you may be trying to pick up.
