Awesome purchase.It was very difficult for me to find black color surface lights in physical store.But amazon and murphy solved my problem with ease.

Stopped working within 5 months . No customer service support to claim warrenty
I bought 25 staircase light and 10 cob lights from Murphy during Feb 2024. By July 2024, 30 percent of the lights stopped working and I doubt when the rest of lights will stop. I tried reaching out to customer service since they mentioned 2 year warranty. Unfortunately there is no proper support from the brand either through WhatsApp or call or mail. They don’t bother to respond back. One of the horrible product. Better go with branded like Philips or something else. These people cheat people by selling cheap Chinese products just renaming the brand.
