Panasonic 400L 2 Star Prime Convertible 6-Stage Smart Inverter Frost-Free Double Door Bottom Mount Refrigerator (NR- BK415BQKN, Diamond Black,Jumbo Fresh Vegetable Basket,Net Capacity 357L)

I bought this refrigerator one and half years back. There were no reviews for this at that time. This is the best refrigerator in India with a bottom freezer which is a draw type than a door type. You don't need to sit down and dig out things kept inside. It is easy access draw which has lots of space and works well. Till now we haven't faced any problem. The outer part is glossy and attractiveas well. On the whole, the refrigerator is very spacious and works well. We are very happy after using for so many days.

The product is working good. Even though it is inverter model, the power rating is a 2 star and the power consumption is a little high. The space is very huge and spacious. It can accomodate many things.

Deep freezer is too big. Else rest all is good so far. But early days.

If I could give this -5 stars I would. The refrigerator did not work from the moment it was delivered. Amazon would not allow us to return it without a service visit from Panasonic, and said that they would remove the 'return by' date. It took ages to get a Panasonc engineer to come. He said the mother board was bad, and after talkeing to many agents at Panasonic, they told me to return it to Amazon. Amazon tried to tell me it was too late to return it. After many calls and many weeks I was finally told that they would pick up the refrigerator and give me a refund. This did not happen, and now the system does not allow me to ask for assistance of any kind for this product. What am I supposed to do with a non working refrigerator that has been sitting in my apartment for months?! AMAZON, YOU NEED TO DO BETTER!!

The product is good as expected and worth the money you spend . Definitely recommend this to others as well .

I am fed up with the workability of this freeze. It was a defective piece. Supplier and manufacturer ,both did not paylisten to the complain. The freeze did not comply with the temperature schedule as prescribed in the manual. Every thing either getting freezed or not cooling in different sections.

Specifically opted for this for Bottom Mounted Freezer .A great convenience for Aged,Senior Citizens, as frequently used Vegetable , Refrigerator compartment above freezer.In addition to specious freezer,Prime Fresh Compartment of Refrigerator ,just above Freezer is also practically Slow Freezer, liquid kept there freezes in 10-12 Hrs.Great Product

Lots of space.. controls are available for basic settings inside the fridge so not really missing the touch panel.. freezer at the bottom means nobody needs to bend to pick out anything from the fridge.. Ice cream texture is a lot fresher when stored in the freezer.. don’t need to wait to thaw non veg food (for cutting/slicing) when kept in the prime fresh compartment.. saves electricity - expected to consume same as my old 230l 10 yr old fridge..
