I actually bought this to replace one that I installed many years ago and accidentally shorted it out. These things are worth their price easily!

Just what the doctor ordered!
Put it in the distributor of my 1930 modle A. Oh yeah it has a 5.0 HO from a Mustang and it works great!! No more points to ware out or adjust. And it starts quicker and runs better.Be careful when pulling the wires through the hole in the distributor because the rubber can tare so use a little lubricant.

Installation was super easy, and took about 30 minutes
Installed this in a Mallory (25 series) dual point distributor on a Ford Flathead. Installation was super easy, and took about 30 minutes; and majority of time was making wires longer to reach coil. motor started right up, and ran great.

Fits a Mallory Dual point 25 series distributor.
This fit my Mallory dual point 25 series distributor perfectly. Car fired up first try. Unfortunately I still had a "miss" and found that I have a dead cylinder. It'll be awhile until I get to find out how well it really works.
