Good product
Applied to wallpaper in my bathroom as it was normal paper. It was easy to apply following thd instruction and has been up now for nearly 8 months and I have no issues with peeling or damp wallpaper so I'm very satisfied.

Works perfectly in bathrooms
Used this over wallpaper in a downstairs toilet behind the sink. I love the look of wallpaper in bathrooms but was nervous about not having a waterproof section behind the sink. After using three layers of this it is fine with splashing and the mat finish looks great.I haven’t gotten it soaking wet to see if that has any impact, but for daily minor use, it has been perfect. Will use again when I need to make an area of waterproof wallpaper. !!

Seals wallpaper in bathroom
Does what it says on the tin. Purchased to seal wallpaper in my downstairs loo and my en-suite bathroom. Two thin coats later and all done. I used it on top of a bathroom vinyl paper to provide extra wipeability. This did initially feel a tad sticky 24 hours after second coat but this disappeared after a further 24 hours. On ordinary wallpaper there was no feeling of stickiness after 24 hours of drying. It is hard to see if you have covered everywhere as this drys flat mat so it is necessary in my opinion to put on the second coat. Work methodically in sections should also reduce the risk of leaving a patch uncovered.

Easy to apply, fast drying
I used this to seal a large indoor collage wall made from inkjet printed matt photopaper.I applied several coats with a small roller. It covered well, didn't smudge the printing and dried quickly. The result has a good matt finish and has done the job in protecting the collage.

Saved my sideboard!
I bought a sideboard painted in chalk paint, but only after I got it home didn't realise it had not been sealed or garnished or anything. The vendor gave me a bit of the chalk paint to touch up the marks, and after research I bought this varnish. I gave the sideboard 3 coats, the varnish is easy to apply and super quick drying. Now I can wipe off fingerprints without taking the paint off. It's so easy I am thinking of painting my own pine furniture.....

Not great for sealing, furniture, paint and wallpaper.
I thought this would be perfect for sealing furniture that has been covered in wallpaper or furniture paint, but not so much. After three coats and lots of drying time, the surface doesn’t seem sealed and certainly isn’t strong like you’d get with furniture varnish. Putting any container of any description on the surface, causes the tackiness to stick to the underside of the container, and then lift off both paint and wallpaper. Maybe it’s good for other things, but definitely not for ceiling furniture that has been covered in wallpaper or furniture paint. It is actually like very runny P V A glue.
